Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?

Yes, anytime, through the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard. The downgrade applies at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens to my history when I downgrade?

Your past summaries stay accessible while you're on Pro. After downgrade, you see the last 3 days only — but nothing is deleted, so re-upgrading restores the view.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, full refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked. Email hello@digest.ltd and we issue the refund the same day.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

The Free tier is the trial — full product, just with the 3/day cap. Pro features (cross-refs, all profiles, email delivery) are gated, but you can feel the core product without paying.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments via Stripe. SEPA + Apple Pay + Google Pay supported through the Stripe checkout flow.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in the Stripe customer portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Are there team or annual plans?

Not yet. Annual + team plans are on the roadmap if there's demand. Email hello@digest.ltd if you'd use one — that's the fastest way to move it up the queue.
